What's so great about Hot Girl Walks?

“So… it’s just a walk?” 

That is the number 1 question I am asked- and a question you probably are thinking too! I coined the term “Hot Girl Walk” and created the framework surrounding it in November 2020, with my first public post in January 2021. Since then, the hashtag #HotGirlWalk has received billions of views on TikTok, with billions of hits on Google, as well as features in publications like the Wall Street Journal, Vogue, Huffington Post, and many others. 

To put it simply: the Hot Girl Walk is a 4-mile (if you can), outdoor (preferably) mindfulness walk, where there’s ONE rule which is you can only think about THREE things:

1. Things you’re grateful for
2. Your goals and how you’re going to achieve them
3. How HOT you are

Does it have to be 4 miles? Does it have to be outdoors? What if I'm not a girl?

The purpose of the Hot Girl Walk’s creation was to destigmatize walking as a valid form of exercise, and recognize that fitness is just as much about the fitness of the mind as it is about fitness of the body. It does not need to be 4 miles, it does not need to be outdoors, and you surely do not need to identify as a girl to take part in the walk. 

The Hot Girl Walk only has that one rule, which is to focus on those mindfulness aspects- THAT is non-negotiable. You may not occupy your mind with boy/girl drama, stress about work or school, or the errands you need to run later. This is your designated time to focus on gratitude, your achievements and goals, and what makes you amazing- you have all day to stress.

What if I’m not hot?

You are! Being “Hot” is not physical, but something that comes from inside of you. When you are able to focus on the 3 pillars mentioned above, you can hone that “hotness” and turn it into confidence.
